Returns

You have the right to return all orders purchased through our website within 14 days from the date you received your order, provided that the item and its packaging are in new, unused condition. The product(s) must not have been used, they need to be in their original packaging and in the same condition as received. If you wish to make a return, follow the instructions below to receive a refund.

Please note that the return cost will be deducted from your refund. If a product has been damaged during transportation, you as a customer need to contact Indero within 14 days to inform us about this, and we will assist you further.

How to proceed with a return

  • Send an email to [email protected] stating that you want to initiate a return.
  • Provide us with your order number. Name the email “Return”.
  • We will get back to you as soon as possible with further instructions on how your return request will be processed.

Complaints

Even though we conduct thorough checks of our products, there can still be instances where products are damaged. If you discover that your product has a manufacturing or material defect, please feel free to contact us at [email protected].

How to file a complaint

  • Send an email to [email protected] where you briefly describe the damage/defect and how it occurred.
  • Take photos and/or record a short video demonstrating the damage/defect.
  • Send everything, including your order number, to [email protected].
  • Remember to attach the images in a ZIP or JPEG format. Name the email “Complaint”.
  • We will get back to you as soon as possible with further instructions on how your complaint request will be processed.
